Terms of Service

This is a legal agreement between users of this service ("you" or "your") and Armandas Vaičikauskas, the sole developer of Sobeck. This agreement governs your usage of the Sobeck app ("the Application"). The Application is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be updated from time to time on this page (collectively, the "Agreement").
Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Application. By accessing or using any part of the Application, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, then you may not access the Application or use any associated services. The Application is available only to individuals who are at least 13 years old.
AI-Generated Content
The Sobeck app may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) to generate content or responses. By interacting with any AI-powered functionality within the Application, you acknowledge that: The content generated by the AI may not always be accurate, appropriate, or reliable. Sobeck does not guarantee the correctness of AI-generated content, and you use such features at your own risk. Users must not misuse AI-driven features by submitting illegal, offensive, or harmful content. Misuse of these features may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
Intellectual Property
This Agreement does not transfer from Armandas Vaičikauskas to you any intellectual property, and all rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including AI-generated content, remain solely withArmandas Vaičikauskas. You agree not to disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer the Application or its communication protocols. You agree not to alter, reproduce, adapt, distribute, display, or publish the source code of the Application. You agree not to create any source code derived from the Application. You may use the AI-generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes but are prohibited from redistributing or using it for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Sobeck.
Changes
Armandas Vaičikauskas reserves the right, at his sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Application following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes. Armandas Vaičikauskas may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the Application. Such new features and/or services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application, including any AI-powered features, is provided "as is" without any warranties, either express or implied. Armandas Vaičikauskas and third-party providers, such as OpenAI, make no representations or guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or appropriateness of the Application or any AI-generated content. We do not warrant that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific needs or expectations. You understand that the use of the Application, including reliance on AI-generated content, is at your own discretion and risk.
Customer Support
Customer support is provided at the discretion of Armandas Vaičikauskas, who reserves the right to refuse support in cases of excessive support requests, impoliteness, or any other reason deemed appropriate.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will Armandas Vaičikauskas, its suppliers, licensors, or third-party providers, including OpenAI, be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Application, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. This includes any losses arising from reliance on AI-generated content, interruptions in service, or inaccuracies in the Application. You agree that Armandas Vaičikauskas’s liability, if any, will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law, and in no event shall it exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for accessing or using the Application.
General Representation and Warranty
You represent and warrant that your use of the Application will be in strict accordance with the Sobeck Privacy Policy and with all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental area, regarding online conduct and acceptable content, and including all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the country in which you reside).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Armandas Vaičikauskas, his contractors, and his licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Application, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.
Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania, without regard to conflict of law provisions. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lithuania and waive any defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction, the laying of venue, or forum non-conveniens. If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in full effect and force.
Refunds
As Sobeck is a free service, there are no purchases or refunds associated with the Application.
